Mozper starts its journey in 2019 when co-founders Gabriel Roizner and Yael Israeli begin to observe and question about the lack of financial education in Latin American families. Both at home and schools, a very little information over the finances is shared and consequently, few tools are found to support this learning path.

<aside> 🔥 At Mozper, our mission is to make financial education accessible for kids across Latin America.

To do so, we designed a mobile app with a debit card for kids, so they can safely earn, save and spend money. Through our mobile app, parents can give their kids' the weekly allowance, assign them chores, track saving goals and even establish spending limits. **We are building a product that can simultaneously give peace of mind to parents and real-world financial skills to kids. ****

What can you expect from our recruitment process?

At Mozper, our recruitment process is overall fast and structured. Our commitment to transparency is alive by sharing with you the stages of our process and what to expect at each one of them.

2️⃣ Screening - If your application meets our job requirements, we will contact you via email to schedule an online interview with someone from our HR team.

3️⃣ HR interview - Our HR team will lead the first interview to verify your professional background and career expectations, as well as you're fit with our cultural values and the job requirements.

4 Technical testing.png

4️⃣ Technical testing - It is not a rule, but some positions may require a technical or business case test as part of the process. This is to make sure essential knowledge and required skills for the job are met.

5️⃣ Leadership interview - If you are a fit with Mozper's culture, you will have the chance to speak with the hiring lead through an online second interview.

6️⃣ Peer interview - There can be positions that may require an additional conversation with team members. It happens to ensure that we are hiring the right person for the appropriate role.

7️⃣ Offer - This is the final step! We will prepare an offer letter as proposed in the job posting and agreed during the process. We will also arrange a call to present the offer to you before formalizing it via email.
